Plumbing Systems Design
Our designs are based on providing sound sanitary plumbing systems while still utilizing water efficient fixures. This helps to minimize the overall impact on the local enviroment.
Building Energy Assessment
PEI will conduct a thorough accounting of existing utilities on renovation projects and review utility cost impact on new projects in order to design the most cost efficient systems.
HVAC Systems Design
Our goal is to provide thermal and humidity comfort and to maintain good indoor air quality while impacting the local environment as little as possible.
Engineering Economics
PEI will perform ‘life cycle’ cost analysis of major equipment components. This will assist a client realize the length of ‘pay-back’ on their investment.
Fire Protection Systems Design
PEI is able to provide a complete automatic fire sprinkler design based on the latest edition of NFPA 13.
Construction Administration
PEI provides a complete service including but not limited to review of project submittals, responding to RFI’s, issuing Bulletins as necessary and performing job site field visits including a final punch walk of the project.
Energy Management Systems (EMS) Design
Design facilities management systems that seamlessly connect devices other than HVAC throughout a project if desired including plumbing equipment, lighting and security devices.
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
PEI provides a complete package of required information modeling for review by clients and or other design team consultants.
Needs Assessment
PEI will conduct a thorough site visit which includes investigation of the HVAC and Plumbing systems in order for a client to make sound fiscal decisions on whether to replace or maintain existing equipment, thus assuring that money is being well spent.
